SIZING

What do your measurements mean?
Pit to pit: measured from armpit to armpit, laying flat. Double this to get the full bust/chest measurement (e.g. 18 inch pit to pit = 36 inch bust).
Waist:  measured at the waist of garment.

Hips: measured about 9-10 inches below the waist, at the fullest part of the hips.
Arm: measures sleeve diameter laying flat. Double this to get the measurement around the arm hole.

Sleeve: measured from the shoulder seam to end of cuff

Length: measured from the highest part of the top seam to the hem.

How do I use the measurements to estimate fit?
We recommend using a measuring tape to take your own measurements and compare them to those listed on the garments. Another way to estimate fit is by comparing the measurements to a similar garment in your closet.

CONDITION

What condition is this product in?
All items are in secondhand condition, and vintage goods may show signs of wear due to the age of the garment. Major flaws will be noted in the description and pictured. Minor signs of wear such as pilling, pinholes and minor fading are normal with vintage items, but we will still do our best to note these where applicable.

Items are sold as pictured and described. Please make sure to look carefully at the photos and read the item’s description. We do our best to list any visible flaws in the description and show them in the item photos. If you’ve received an item that has a flaw that wasn’t disclosed, please contact us.

Will clothing be washed before shipping?
All items are either washed or dry cleaned going out to their new homes, and will be ready to wear as soon as you receive it. 

Please make sure to carefully read care tags and follow recommended guidelines for how to properly care for your new clothes.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of vintage resale, all items sold are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to look carefully at the photos, read the description, and (if applicable) use the garment’s listed measurements to estimate how it will fit you.

We do our best to list any visible flaws in the description and show them in the item photos. If you’ve received an item that has a significant flaw that wasn’t disclosed, please contact us.

SHIPPING

What is your shipping process?
Orders are shipped with USPS and prices are set at flat rates based on the item’s weight.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Orders may take up to 5-7 business days to deliver. Due to COVID-19 staffing shortages at USPS, there may be further delays in shipping. Please use the tracking link provided to follow your order’s progress.

Please make sure your shipping address is filled out correctly when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

I live in St. Louis. Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! We offer free pickup in St. Louis for local customers who wish to pick up their order in person. Our storefront is in The Hill at 5402 Magnolia Avenue. At checkout, select “Local Pickup.” After placing your order, use the Contact page or DM us on Instagram to arrange a pickup date/time. Orders will typically be ready for pickup in 1-3 business days.

If we do not hear from you about a pickup date/time in 3 business days of placing your order, we may reach out to you using the phone number or email provided at checkout.
